Klang- / Entspannungsreise

Sound Journeys are guided meditation journeys facilitated by singing bowls.

Sound and Relaxation Journey every first Saturday of the month, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
We gather in the protected sound space, leave our everyday lives outside the door for a moment, find peace, and—guided by the imaginative journey and the enchanting sounds of the singing bowls—turn our full attention inward. The resulting vibrations and sounds create a very special atmosphere, and the stories come to life in our imagination….This helps us start the day feeling relaxed. Individual sound journeys can also be booked!

Duration: 60 min., cost per participant: €20
Where: Ferienhof Spiegelhaus, Natur-Klang-Raum Practice, Leege Weg 4, 26736 near Woltzeten
