The Sound Journeys are guided meditation sessions accompanied by singing bowls.

We settle in comfortably in the cozy, candlelit sound room, leave all the stress of everyday life at the door, close our eyes, listen to the sounds of the singing bowls, and quickly slip into a state of pleasant relaxation and deep inner peace…… and head into the weekend feeling completely relaxed. Please bring a blanket and pillow. Duration: 30 min., Cost: 7,-€.
Every first Friday of the month, 7:00–7:30 p.m.
Where: Ferienhof Spiegelhaus, Natur-Klang-Raum Practice, Leege Weg 4, 26736 near Woltzeten
