**Seeing, Smelling, and Tasting Mushrooms**

The scent of damp forest soil, moss, and freshly picked mushrooms fills the air—welcome to Buchwedel! Together with our mycologist Wolfgang Krantz from the Braudel Mushroom School, we’ll embark on a journey of discovery through the fascinating world of mushrooms: seeing, smelling, identifying, and, of course, learning about their culinary uses. With a little luck, your own basket will fill up along the way—if you’d like, bring a mushroom knife and a basket to carry your harvest. The hike lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours; sturdy shoes and sufficient stamina for a varied tour through the forest are therefore recommended.

***Tickets are available at the Tourist Information Office in the Marstall in Winsen (Luhe). For information and registration, see the poster for contact details.***
