The Ohnsorg Theater has been delighting Osterholz audiences with humorous and spirited guest performances every year since the OHZ Stadthalle opened. On Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 8 p.m., the popular Hamburg acting ensemble will of course remain true to this tradition with the Low German comedy "Wi sünd de Ne'en".
The story: Singles Anne, Eddie and Johannes, who have all reached early retirement age, decide, partly for financial reasons, to revive their old flat-sharing community from the unit days and move back in together after several decades of more or less successful professional life.
Their new neighbors, students Barbara, Katharina and Thorsten, soon feel disturbed by the party-loving old hippies while they are studying, complain about the noise pollution caused by the jolly "old people" and insist on strict adherence to the house rules. The old people are amazed at the youngsters' conformity and stuffiness. A generational conflict of a special kind arises with all kinds of skirmishes and the tide only turns after the old people lend a helping hand to their young neighbors, who are plagued by back pain and exam stress.
