Moorbahn Ahlenmmor

Experience the largest raised bog in the district of Cuxhaven in a new way. In the past, the light railroad brought the peat from the moor to the peat works. Today, you can take an exciting trip into the nature reserve on the converted moor railroad. At four stops with different thematic focuses, you will learn exciting and interesting facts, historical and current information about the moor in an entertaining way.

Registration for groups of 12 or more by calling 04778 81200.

Of course, we also have places for guests with **wheelchairs**. In this case, you must register with us in advance by email (mooriz@ahlenmoor.de) or phone 04757-8189558, as we have to make special arrangements. Unfortunately, online ticketing is not possible in this case!

Dogs are not allowed on the Moor Railway!
Cancellations may occur in extreme weather conditions.
