Between the dike, the fresh North Sea air, and a mindful retreat, a weekend awaits you that will bring your body and mind back into harmony. This retreat combines mindful eating with powerful body movement practices—for people who are tired of the stress of dieting and want to finally reconnect with their bodies again, because real change doesn’t come from deprivation or control, but when nutrition, movement, and body awareness are reconnected. During our time together, you’ll be guided by eating and breathing meditations, body exploration exercises, and intensive movement sessions—and we’ll examine everything from a scientific perspective. To help you continue finding your path after the retreat, there will be an online session two weeks later where we’ll reflect on your experiences together. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue receiving guidance in the months that follow.
