"A kind of solo concert" tour

In April 2026, Jan Plewka and his band will go on a major album tour. They will present "Eine Art Soloalbum" live in ten German cities. At the end of the tour, they will return to Hamburg, where the album release concert took place in October 2025. Tickets for "Eine Art Solokonzert" are available at all known advance booking offices.

Jan Plewka took five years to create his new album: "Eine Art Soloalbum" is a blend of music and art - and has been celebrated by the press. TONSPION writes: "This album is a milestone on his very own artistic path - and an invitation to us all to pause for a moment, to listen, to look".

With the new album, Jan Plewka opens another exciting chapter in his multifaceted musical career as a solo artist: He became known as the defining voice of the rock band Selig, through his acclaimed Rio Reiser interpretations, theater work and his participation in "Unter meinem Bett". With  "Eine Art Soloalbum" Jan Plewka is now bringing his very own signature and artistic identity to the fore more than ever.

Jan Plewka celebrated the release of "Eine Art Soloalbum" together with his outstanding band (Christoph Bernewitz, Tom Gatza, Sonja Glass, Timon Schempp and Peter "Jem" Seifert) with a sold-out concert at Kampnagel in Hamburg on the day of release, October 10, 2025. They presented the new songs, including "Bald sind wir zuhaus" and "Ein neuer Tag", live in front of an audience for the first time.

The album tour "Eine Art Solokonzert" starts on April 9, 2026 and takes Jan Plewka and band to ten stages throughout Germany, with a brilliant finale in Hamburg on April 22, 2026.
