Waldbaden\_Winter

The forest works all year round! At any time of year, we immerse ourselves in the soothing and health-promoting atmosphere of the forest. Adapted, light movement and meditation exercises help us to calm body, mind and soul!
While in spring we encounter the beauty of this season with all our senses and feel life reawakening, in summer nature is characterized by growing abundance and unfolding. In the colorful autumn, the forest concentrates on the essentials. It says goodbye to the active, outward-looking energies and stores up strength. In winter, we experience barrenness and silence. Endurance and patience are required because we do not yet grasp the invisible preparation for the new and the growth.
At each of these events, we visit different areas of the forest and approach the rhythm of nature with small impulses and seasonal surprises.
