Baby- und Familiensauna in der Kleinen Sauna
============================================

- Other families/children

**Sauna Fun for the Whole Family**
----------------------------------

Every 2nd Saturday & Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Small Sauna (October through April)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Those who introduce their children to the sauna early on will notice how good the soothing warmth is for the little ones. The immune systems of infants and toddlers can benefit from regular, yet gentle, sauna sessions, and their sleep may improve. These and other positive effects of the gentle sauna heat clearly show that healthy infants and toddlers benefit from regular sauna sessions. Our experienced sauna masters will explain everything you need to know about sauna sessions with babies and toddlers.

The event takes place in the Small Sauna, which is a private area reserved exclusively for families. Here you’ll find the birch and  the colored-light sauna, as well as plenty of space to relax, play, and everything you need for a wonderful first sauna experience. The saunas are heated to a maximum of 63°C, and no infusions take place.
