Ausstellung: ‚‚Zwischen Abstrakt und Natur"
===========================================

- Exhibition

Artist Margrit Bächle-Fiks is exhibiting her watercolors.
As a child and teenager, she loved to draw and even tried her hand at watercolor painting. Then she had a family, a job, and a political career, and she lacked the time and peace of mind to paint. That was until a few years ago, when she found a box of acrylic paints still in its original packaging among the bulky trash. She had no idea how to paint with them, so she took a three-hour course at the adult education center. Eventually, a friend recommended a weekend workshop with Theo Haasche. That’s when she really got hooked. Since then, she has created many paintings. A selection is on display in the Grand Gallery of the Leer City Library.

Exhibition opening: Sunday, August 30, 4:00 p.m.

The exhibition is open during the Leer City Library’s regular hours.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
