On the 1st weekend of Advent, the Christmas market takes place in Dannenberg (Elbe). This first Christmas event in the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg has meanwhile reached a special status.
Around the ev.-luth. St. Johannis Church and on the forecourt Rosmarienstraße creates a fairy-tale Christmas world with fire bowls, fir trees and a beautiful booth city to linger.
In the administration building there are coffee and cake from Pröhl's farm shop, accompanied by Christmas stories. Hobby artisans praise your works for sale.
In the tent of the youth fire department, there is again the coveted raffle and our little guests can drive carousel. Maybe they also meet Santa Claus !!!
In the parish house of the ev.-luth. St. Johannis Church you can discover many beautiful things and visit the model railway exhibition upstairs. The musical deposits in the church, the scent of Christmas spices and the approaching snowflakes awaken the anticipation of the coming festival.
For the physical well-being is ensured by many stalls with ample offer!
The Christmas market takes place on Saturday from 11:00 to 20:00 on Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00.
