Bevern Castle, one of the grandest examples of Weser Renaissance architecture, was built at the beginning of the 17th century by Statius von Münchhausen. A very special experience awaits castle visitors by nightfall every Saturday from May to September on the castle courtyard: a journey in time through 400 years of castle history with the multimedia production NIGHTIME CASTLE.


Bückeburg Royal Court Riding School presents Europe’s biggest herd of gallant baroque stallions in the historic royal stables from 1608 at Bückeburg Castle.
