Alfsee Campsite

A flat, well looked-after meadow in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by shady trees and criss-crossed with bushes and shrubs - wouldn't that make you want to put your tent up? It's no accident that this campsite has received numerous awards. You'll find excellent pitches for caravans, camper vans and tents. Because the Alfsee is a perfect spot for all kinds of water sports.

Among the attractions is the 780 metre long water-ski cable pull - a big attraction for beginners, experienced water-skiers and spectators. People looking for a more active holiday can enjoy beach volleyball, rollerblading, golf or balloon trips. The campsite's central location in the Osnabrucker Land Geo natural park makes it a perfect location for walkers and cyclists. Numerous well-marked routes lead through the gently rolling countryside, river leas, extensive meadow areas and quiet moors of the natural park, which was the first large German conservation area to become a member of the UNESCO Geopark network.
