Along the pit stop route through the Oldenburger Münsterland you find out a lot about the rurally influenced cultural region in the districts Cloppenburg and Vechta. Just as in motor sport, by pit stops we mean stations to stop off, re-fuel and – in this case – to feel well. The latest holiday road in Niedersachsen leads past over 120 stops, which create a multifaceted experience of landscape and people. The respective bike tour lets you access the pit stops directly.

Along the pit stop route you find holiday farms, riding stables, B&Bs, hotels and also hay hotels as well as holiday apartments, offering rural accommodation. Farm cafes and restaurants, pubs and rural taverns offer a hospitality that is typical of the region. You also find many farm shops selling fresh produce from the regional agriculture. If you want to have an active pit stop, you can choose between guided farm and garden tours, interactive harvest offers, carriage tours or canoe tours. But there are also some museums, historic collections or windmills among the pit stops, which inform about the cultural history of the Oldenburger Münsterland.
