Besides the Deutsches Schifffahrtsmuseum (German Maritime Museum), Bremerhaven is also proud of another attraction, which was opened in the summer of 2005: The Deutsches Auswandererhaus (German emigrants’ building) is the biggest and most modern facility of its kind and offers the unique opportunity to vividly experience the touching issue of emigration.
