Hannover Adventure Zoo - It's Safari Time!

Over the last few years Hannover Adventure Zoo has developed into a zoo and theme park that's unique in Europe. The zoo displays over 2,000 animals in the exciting gorilla mountain, jungle palace, Meyer's farm and Zambezi themed areas. The exciting themed areas allow the visitors to really come face to face with the animals.more

Jaderpark Zoo

Jaderpark in Jaderberg offers two different experiences in one place for all the family. The zoo, in the historic park area, has more than 35 animals, over 70 types of birds and a few reptiles and fish. Here you can see meerkats, an African lion and pygmy hippopotami.more

Osnabrück Zoo

Hankensbüttel Otter Centre

On the southern edge of the Lüneburger Heide, you can watch cute otters at play and fishing. The natural countryside around Lake Isenhagener is home to a unique otter sanctuary. A network of paths, more than three kilometres in length, leads along hedges, streams, ponds, meadows and fields.more

Nordhorn Animal Park – a Family Zoo in the Countryside

Nordhorn animal park is home to over 900 animals of 85 different species. The parks mascot is the increasingly rare wood bison. Small numbers only remain in North America. The zoo is dedicated to nature and animal conservation work.more
